Multiple Choice questions allow the selection of a single or multiple responses from a pre-defined list. Below is an example of a multiple choice question.

To create answers to the question. Go to the Answers panel in each Choice text box, write the options you wish to use. If you are choosing to use One answer only you must give one of your choices a value of 100%. You may also wish to provide feedback for each choice. Below are some choice answers to the above question.

When you have finished creating your questions, scroll to the bottom of the page and press Save Changes
